3. PURPOSE AND BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The primary basis for processing personal data is the contract between Aawee Oy and the customer
from a customer relationship or other relevant connection, which is based, for example, on the consent given by the data subject.

Personal data can be processed for the following purposes by Aawee Oy:

Managing and maintaining the customer relationship or other relevant relationship between Aawee Oy and the customer.

Information related to the communication between Aawee Oy and the customer, as well as any content recorded from the contacts produced by the customer himself.
Data collected by technical monitoring systems, such as log data, identification data of network traffic, recordings of the camera monitoring system.
Information related to recruitment, such as information contained in resumes and job applications.

5. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Aawee Oy keeps personal data in its registers only for the required time and until there is an existing basis

complied with applicable data protection regulations in its operations.
