The saw fillet knife features serration on the back side of the blade, ideal for cutting the head and backbone as well as removing the fins.
The Martef-coated fillet knife has an exceptionally sharp edge that's smooth and nearly frictionless. The blade is made from stainless chromium steel, and the protective coating makes cleaning easy, just a rinse is sufficient. The textured rubber handle and finger guard ensure a secure grip on the knife in all conditions. This blade length is best suited for filleting fish weighing around 2-3 kg. The knife is also an excellent tool for various other kitchen tasks. The saw fillet comes with a blue leather sheath.
